2006: Remains with PSG-1 Kawasaki Corse in a three man team, alongside Regis Laconi and Fonsi Nieto. All three are often evenly matched but Walker feared for his future as early as mid-season as it is heavily rumoured that the team will be cut to two riders for 2007.
Chris goes on to take a stunning last-to-first debut WSBK win in the soaking rain at Assen - Kawasaki’s first WSBK victory since 2000 – and finishes the year as the leading Kawasaki rider (ninth in standings) but not even that is enough to secure his future with PSG-1, which instead opts for rising star Nieto and former championship runner-up Laconi.
With few leading WSBK rides available, Stalker patches up his relationship with Suzuki and signs to ride for the Rizla team for another crack at the British championship.
2005: Riding for PSG-1 Kawasaki Corse, Stalker got the team's first ever podium - a 3rd at Valencia in race 2. He finished the championship with 160 points and came 7th overall, despite missing 2 rounds following injuries sustained at Assen.
2004: With GSE withdrawing from WSBK, Walker finds himself out of a ride and despite offers to return to BSB, signs for Foggy Petronas Racing WSBK Team.
2003: Signs for HM Plant Ducati to replace Neil Hodgson, claims six podiums (despite riding with injuries) to finish the season sixth.
2002: WSBK with Fuchs Kawasaki.
2001: Gets a MotoGP ride with Shell Advance Honda, but suffers several large crashes as he adapts to the two-stroke. Leaves after Donington Park.
2000: 2nd in British Superbike Championship with Crescent Suzuki. 14th in WSBK as a wild-card after finishing 2nd at Donington and 3rd (twice) at Brands (82 points).
